After years of working with trusted brokerages, Karen knew it was time to take a leap and create something of her own—an agency grounded in local knowledge, built on relationships, and committed to the unique character of this mountain community.

As a small ranch owner in the Elk River Valley and a proud mother of three, Karen understands the value of land, legacy, and lifestyle in Northwest Colorado.
